He is a certified healthcare legal and malpractice consultant (C-HLMC), as well as a certified healthcare ethics consultant (HCEC-C). His credentials also include being a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

With over a decade of healthcare leadership experience, he specializes in Human Resources, Ethics, and Management Consulting. His extensive background enables him to provide comprehensive and insightful solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients. Megan is our Chief Nursing Officer and our Lead  Healthcare/Nursing Consultant. She is an experienced nurse and leader with a strong passion for advocating for patients' needs. Throughout her career, she has prioritized patient-centered care, ensuring individuals receive not only the best medical treatment but also the support and empathy they deserve.

Megan is currently finishing a Master’s of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management, aiming to further enhance her leadership skills and continue advocating for both patients and healthcare teams. Through her education and experience, she is committed to making a positive impact on healthcare practices and patient care.

Genson is our Chief Financial Officer and Lead Business Finance Consultant. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is a trusted and seasoned precious metals advisor with well over 3,000 clients. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for providing expert advice on precious metals investments, leveraging extensive knowledge of market trends and client needs. With a deep skill set in business planning, strategic planning, valuation, and financial analysis, Genson excels at helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes and make informed decisions. In addition to advising clients in the precious metals sector, Genson is also the owner of a property investment company. This is where he applies business acumen and strategic insights to drive growth and success in the real estate market.
